INTRODUCTION:

It is the mission of Tri the Beach to present our race participants with the highest standard in triathlon events. We want to create an environment that encourages new participants to bridge the learning gap between recreation 5k / 10k races and multi-discipline events. We seek to create events where the first time triathlete is comfortable but also events that are challenging and unique so that it inspires and attracts the most seasoned and experienced athlete.

OUR STANDARDS:

There are three standards that we seek to maintain with each of our events:

1. Non-Intimidating distances. We seek to create events that will attract a wide audience and expose a variety of people to triathlons.
2. Low-entry fees. This in no way means our events are of lesser quality than that of any other event. We ensure that our entry fees allow us to put on a great event; however, we are happy to sacrifice our bottom line if it means we can lower the cost to the consumer and allow more people to participate.
3. Surf-start ocean swims and beach sand runs. Hey, we love the beach. We insist on incorporating it into our events as much as possible.
